This class deals openly, honestly, and compassionately with the fact that we tend to repeat the behaviors we learned as children or from close personal or romantic relationships. Verbal and Emotional abuse can be obvious and out in the open, or it can be subtle and very hard to see or understand. Either way, it is still abuse, and we need to call it out in others and ourselves.
In this class you will learn:
*What Verbal and Emotional abuse is and how to identify it in others and ourselves
*How to undo the harm caused by this kind of abuse and to never let it happen again
*How to understand our own needs and fulfill them
*How to know when we are repeating mistakes of the past
